How investing works

Four steps from introduction to first distribution.

01

Introduce yourself

Schedule a call or join the investor list. We talk through your goals and verify your accredited status before sharing anything.

02

Review the offering

You receive the Private Placement Memorandum, operating agreement, and subscription documents for the project. Ask us anything.

03

Subscribe and fund

On development projects, investors commit a total amount and we call capital as the project needs it, with advance written notice. Your return accrues only on capital you have actually funded.

04

Receive reporting

Regular progress updates through development covering budget, schedule, and leasing, then operating and financial reports once stabilized, plus an annual K-1.
